These terms cover the Sharefully website, the Fair Share Rate Calculator and the waitlist. The website is run by Sharefully LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Sharefully”, “we” or “us”). By using the website, you agree to them. Questions: hello@sharefully.app.
The calculator gives estimates
The calculator and the example week show how a nanny share could split pay. The results are estimates based on what you enter and on simplified rules. They are not legal, tax, payroll or employment advice.
Minimum wage, overtime, paid leave and tax rules depend on your state and city and on your agreement with your nanny. Check the figures with your payroll service or an advisor before you use them to pay anyone.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. We can’t promise when Sharefully will open or what it will include. How we handle your email address is described in our privacy notice.
Using the website
Please use the website for its purpose. Don’t try to overload, scrape or break it, or get around its limits, and don’t sign up other people for the waitlist without their permission.
The text, design, illustrations and name Sharefully belong to us. You’re welcome to share links to the website.
No warranty
We provide the website as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don’t guarantee that it is error-free or always available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the website or relying on its estimates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
